Inclusive Church

Inclusive Church

St Mark’s has been part of Inclusive Church for over 20 years; we were one of the very first churches to join. We seek to be an inclusive community bringing together individuals across all ages, experiences, and viewpoints. We believe in a church rooted in the Bible and guided by the Holy Spirit. We also recognise the need to share the message of Jesus in ways that resonate with each generation.

I pray that you may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Ephesians 3.18-19

We consider it our mission to serve and teach all persons the deep and divine love of Jesus Christ.

St Mark’s is committed to fostering a supportive environment for everyone. We actively work to ensure that all persons feel valued irrespective of age, ability, economic situation, education, ethnicity, family circumstance, gender identity, learning disability, mental health, neurodiversity, or sexual orientation. To us, an inclusive church celebrates and affirms every person and does not discriminate. We believe that diversity improves communities, and our selves.
